5. Return, Exchange & Refund

Returns can be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, exchange, missing item, wrong product, or damaged product claims.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted products are not eligible for return unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

6. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products
